Returns

From the moment of the delivery of the saddle, you will have a 24h period to start the return procedures if you are not satisfied with the product.

The return must be handled with the MRW transport company, only the package must be delivered to a MRW office against reimbursement.

When The product is arrived at our establishment, we will have a 24-hour period before proceeding to the product's payment, for the inspection of it (check of untampered seal, product without damage, that the conditioning material of the product is Returns complete among others).

Once The return is accepted, the amount will be paid minus the expenses incurred for the return. If the steps are made according to return policy, the amount of the return should reach your bank in a calendar week since you received the product.
